I started writing "I Believe We Will Win" in 2016 when Trump was elected. 4 years, 15 languages, and 30+ artists, musicians, and activists later, this vital message of hope, of the power we the people have, is meant for this very moment.

lyrics
I BELIEVE WE WILL WIN
~lyrics~
try to unplug our sun
halt earth from goin’ round
block the winds from blowin’
dam the rivers’ flow, stop the trees from growing
dry up the rainfall
silence the eagle
strip every color from every rainbow
and it lights a fire
incites a care
deep inside of us
it’s great enough to rise up
I believe we will win, I believe we will win, I believe we will win
I believe we will win, I believe we will win, I believe we wi--
think we’re satisfied
minds lost and colonized
hear us amplify
the battle cry to bridge the great divide
now we’ve woken up
now we’re burning up
now can’t stop won’t stop
until we win
cuz it lights a fire
incites a care
deep inside of us
it’s great enough to rise up
I believe we will win, I believe we will win, I believe we will win
I believe we will win, I believe we will win, I believe we will win

Amidst the madness of 2020, when nothing is certain and we struggle to find hope for the future, we need artists like
electro alt-pop songwriter/guitarist/producer Valerie Orth. She writes with a strong sense of self and a fierce feminist perspective, telling stories about alienated humanity and visions of a better tomorrow. Her new album, Rabbit Hole, due out Dec 4, couldn’t be more timely....more
